Proiectul PAL PUSH II
The project PAL PUSH II aiming to develop a comprehensive approach and endorse a number of goals in entrepreneurial training and employment in order to speed up inclusion groups Integration and support the implementation of national inclusion strategies and the Council Recommendation of their Integration.
The project aims to support social inclusion groups participation in different levels, by gathering qualitative data about approaches and practices and supporting initiatives where their participation is a key to long-term change. It provides a timely opportunity to work on the root challenges behind current unemployment trends and cooperate with some of the projects and initiatives which have been implemented to tackle such issues in an innovative and experimental manner. It also recognizes entrepreneurship and self-employment as a key for achieving smart, sustainable and inclusive growth. In its support to entrepreneurship and self-employment, the EC focuses its efforts on businesses and start-ups by unemployed and people from vulnerable groups support for inclusive entrepreneurship and microfinance.

Between November 7-19, 2022, we organized the PAL PUSH CAMP for inclusive entrepreneurship event in Brasov, a specific entrepreneurial training, attended by 35 guests from all over Europe.
Together with the experts of each partner in the project, we developed ten learning modules structured in several categories: best practices, the entrepreneur’s mentality, the development of an idea, the business plan, the necessary digital skills, resources and financing possibilities, innovation in the field, communication and many more others.
The main purpose of the meeting was to test a learning content that will be promoted later and offers theoretical and practical support in the case of starting one’s own business.
The project Romani Ambassadors 2.0
The project Romani Ambassadors 2.0 aims to provide skills and competences to adult trainers, teachers and Roma workers in education process and in order to tackle early school leaving and low educational capacity in children of minorities.
The main objectives
The main objectives of the project are to improve the competences and engage social workers, counsellors and mediators in the engagement mentoring process with Roma people, youngsters and students with main objective to reduce the educational drop-out.
The project aims also to increase the representation of Roma youngsters from minority groups – such as Roma children- in the long-term educational process, based on the principle that quality education should fit the learner rather than requiring them to fit into an existing system.
Romani Ambassadors 2.0 goal is to tackle skill gaps and mismatches in social workers that support Roma youngsters in education by providing them with a mentor approach tailor to support them to effectively guide disadvantage youngsters in their path to inclusive education. Specifically, it aims:

Partners:
Between November 9 and 11, 2022, we hosted the creative activity entitled “A brain to pick & an ear to listen” in which the Project’s partners contributed to the development and adaptation of the mentoring concept in the context of preventing school dropouts.
Theoretical notions and practical examples were presented which will be included in a working methodology useful to those who want to become mentors.
Thus, the situations of school dropout in the partner countries, the process itself, different mentoring techniques, its benefits, the profile of the mentor and the ways of involvement in the process were deepened.
The PALKonnect project
The functioning of the economy is closely linked to the cultural sector, it stimulates innovation and contributes, through many channels, to a positive social change (welfare, health, education, inclusion, urban regeneration, etc.).
Main objective
PALKonnect’s main objective is to support artists from vulnerable groups in the context of the COVID pandemic 19.
The project is funded by the Erasmus Plus Program and involves six other public and private organizations in the EU.

The aim of the project
The aim of the project is to support artists from social inclusion groups to present and promote their works of art in the post-COVID situation 19.
In addition, the project supports the promotion of cultural and historical information about social inclusion groups to increase knowledge and the integration process.
